Your Next Steps

  • After a Karmic Systems session, your body and energy field are still processing. Give yourself space to rest, stay hydrated, and allow the shifts to settle in. Integration begins not with doing more, but with giving your system what it needs to absorb the work fully.

    Tips:

    • Drink plenty of water — adding electrolytes or a pinch of Celtic salt can support deeper hydration.

    • Prioritise rest or light activity; avoid overstimulation from screens, crowds, or intense conversations.

    • Journal any emotions, dreams, or insights that arise to anchor the experience.

    • Gentle movement (stretching, yoga, walking in nature) helps the body integrate the shifts.

    • Trust the process — integration can unfold over several days, sometimes subtly, sometimes powerfully.

  • Affirmations work best when spoken with intention and feeling. Find a quiet moment, stand or sit tall, breathe deeply, and speak your affirmations out loud. Say them slowly and clearly, as though you truly mean them, not just reciting words, but embodying them. Look into a mirror if possible, make eye contact with yourself, and let the words sink in.

    Your report lists the number of sets and repetitions, follow that guidance daily. Remember: it’s not about forcing belief, but gently training your mind and energy to align with the truth of the words. Over time, the repetition carves new pathways in your subconscious.

    Do’s & Dont’s:
